At 5 p.m. McCain holds a fundraiser at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Bellevue. According to a Web site for the Bellevue event Tuesday evening, tickets are $10,000 for a photo reception, $2,300 for a VIP reception, $1,000 for the main reception, and $33,100 for a “victory dinner.”

Sergio was overdue to win such a prestigious PGA event. He showed early on in his career that he clearly has the talent to be one of the worlds best. I finally had a chance to play Maplewood Golf Course in Renton recently. I hadn’t played this course in years, and now I remember why. The clubhouse was nice, same with the restaurant, but the course left a little something to be desired.
